enetRecruiter Privacy Policy

By reviewing our privacy policy below you will learn what we are doing to ensure your personal information remains secure and confidential. enetRecruiter do not and will not share or sell your personal information to any third parties.

How we collect and use information on our site

Account Registration

In order to participate in all the services available on our web site or purchase products on our web site, you must first complete our online registration to create an account with a user name and password. During account registration you are required to give contact information such as name, email, address, zip, etc. The information collected during account registration is for our internal use to identify you. If you do not wish to share certain information required on our registration forms please type-in ‘NA’ to indicate not available or not applicable. On the registration form, any field(s) with a check mark (√) in front may be included in our new member list for view by the public. For example, your username (which is a nickname or screen name you create for use on our site) and your job title may be included in our new members list for view by our site visitors. Additionally, by default, you will be subscribed to our member newsletter and receive periodic updates on our services. If you do not wish to receive our newsletter, simply select ‘No’ to the question ‘Would you like to subscribe to our newsletter?”.

EnetRecruiter, LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on our web site(s). To continuously improve the quality of our services enetRecruiter, LLC collects personally identifiable information (PII) from our users at several different points on our web site. Below is more information on where and how we collect PII information.

Purchasing and Processing Orders

If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. In order to process your orders you will be required to provide contact information such as name, email, and shipping address and financial information such as credit card number, expiration date.

We use this information to process and fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to identify you and contact you.

Currently credit card payments for our product or service are processed directly on Bank of America’s Cybersource Hosted Order Site, which is secure and protected with the highest 128 bit secure sockets layer (SSL). It is one of the most secure ways to process credit card payments online.

Posting Your Resume

If you post a resume profile on our web site by entering information into our online resume database, we require that you provide certain personally identifiable information, including your name, address, phone number, job title, job category, work experience, authorized to work location, etc. This information is necessary in order for recruiters to properly qualify you or match you to a job position.

Post Your Job Opening

If you post a job opening or job assignment on our web site by entering information into our online job database, we require that you provide certain job specific information, including your company name, work address, phone number, company name, job description information, etc. This information is necessary for recruiters to learn about your company, about each of the jobs posted and to submit qualified candidates to you through our online system.

Social Security Numbers

We will not ask or require that you provide your social security number in any of our registration forms or resume forms or job posting forms or event registration forms. However, recruiters who wish to obtain Premium Membership will need to provide a social security number or federal tax identification number (if registering as a business entity).

Surveys or Contests

Periodically we may provide you the opportunity to participate in surveys or contests on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information such as name and email, and demographic information such as zip code. We use this information to help us develop better services, products and business partnerships.

We may use a third party service provider to conduct these surveys or contests. If we use a third party service provider, that company will be prohibited from using our users’ personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

Uses of Information

EnetRecruiter use collected information from our web site to deliver the services, products, or transactions requested by our customers. We also use the collected information to improve our web site, services, products, business partnerships in order to meet the needs of our customers and to provide advertising or promotion that is relevant to our customer’s interests and preferences.

What communications should you expect from enetRecruiter

Updates

We will occasionally send you information on services, products, special deals, promotions.

Newsletters

As a member of our site, by default you will automatically subscribe to our member newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. Our newsletter(s) may contain advertising for services or products of enetRecruiter or third parties. Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a way to unsubscribe during registration. Administrative Communication

We will send you administrative announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. Furthermore, we reserve the right to send you communications relating to your account renewal, billing reminders, and terms and conditions.

You may not opt-out of these communications. If you do not want to receive these emails you need to terminate your membership with us.

Customer Service

In the event you require customer support from our staff, we will attempt to identify you by viewing the personally identifiable information provided to us and respond to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you primarily by email, and then by online help, and then by telephone. You may visit our online help pages to view frequently asked questions and answers.

Profile

We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, clear gifs, to create a “profile” of your preferences. We may employ third parties to provide services such as performing statistical analysis, data storage, and various web site elements. In the event any third party venders require access to your information in order to perform their work, they will be limited to strictly the data they need to deliver their service.

We do not share your account profile with any third parties. We may occasionally share only consolidated data in an aggregated format so your individual profile or personally identifiable information will not be viewable by any third parties.

Aggregate Information

We may share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our partners. This information does not identify individual users or any of their specific personal information. Personally identifiable information

We do not share any personally identifiable information with any third parties. Please note any resume information posted on our web site is considered public information therefore is viewable by registered recruiter members.

Agents

We use a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

Service Providers

All information provided to us during registration, posting of your resume, creating of your profile, or job posting are securely stored in our databases and hosted on dedicated servers. If our server requires maintenance by third parties, these third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

Legal Disclaimer

EnetRecruiter, LLC reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site

Choice/Opt-out/Edit/Delete User Information

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication or by emailing us at support@enetrecruiter.com and indicate that you wish to be removed from our newsletter. You may also edit or delete your account and account information at any time after you login to your account or you may delete your account by emailing your request to support@enetrecruiter.com and indicate that you wish to cancel your account.

Log Files

We do gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and click stream data.

These are not your personal identifiable information. These are information we use to analyze trends, to administer our web site, to track user movements around the web site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We currently do not use cookies on our site.
