What is enetRecruiter?
enetRecruiter was established with the objective to effectively connect the supply and demand of human capital in the high technology industries. We are able to provide our employers flexible, on-demand and cost effective recruitment solutions by collaborating with an extensive network of professional recruiters worldwide. Job seekers come to enetRecruiter to work with professional HR/Recruiters who can guide them in their job search and apply to jobs posted by Employers and Recruiters.
How do I apply to a job posted on enetRecruiter?
To apply for any job you see posted on our site please contact us at support@enetrecruiter.com or submit your resume directly to the job poster online.
How do I become a member?
It's easy! You can become a member by registering for an account with us. Be sure to select a member type (i.e., Employer, Candidate, Recruiter, and Advisor) before starting the registration process. After you've successfully completed the registration process you will immediately gain access to our member's only area.
Employers - We service U.S. based companies and their international locations (companies must have a valid U.S. Federal Tax ID or EIN). Please contact us before registering for companies outside of the U.S. by sending your email to sales@enetrecruiter.com. Once you have completed our online registration, a representative will contact you.
Recruiters - Recruiter membership is for third party recruitment agencies or independent recruiters legally set up to do business. If you are a recruiter job seeker and would like to promote your resume or work on job assignment with us please register as a 'Candidate' member, then post your resume.
We are approving Premium Membership to third party recruiters with a valid U.S. Tax ID and a minimum of 2 years of professional recruiting experience. Recruiters who do not meet these requirements may continue to access our site after Trial as a Standard Membership holder. Only Premium Membership holders may work on job assignments. If you are interested in a premium membership with us please send your email to premium@enetrecruiter.com.
Advisors - Membership is open to both U.S. and international users. Advisory membership is only open to professionals with the appropriate qualifications and/or credentials. Currently we are only adding invited advisors.
Candidates - Membership is open to all U.S. and international users.
Is enetRecruiter membership free?
Membership is FREE for recruiters and job candidates. For employers, membership is FREE for one year. Fees may be waived. For advisors, membership is free during the promotional trial period, however if you have been invited to join us your membership fee will be waived. Please see our 'Service' page for more information.
enetRecruiter does offer fee-based consultation services such as resume review and resume writing. Please contact us for more details if you need assistance in this area. Send your inquires and email to resume@enetrecruiter.com.
What services are included in my membership?
Depending on which membership you register for (Employer, Candidate, Recruiter, or Advisor) you will gain access only to the services available to your membership. For details on what services are available for each member type, please see our 'Service' Page.
What equipment do I need in order to use or access enetRecruiter's site and participate in your services?
Our site is accessible 24/7 and we recommend using a fast internet connection such as a DSL. To participate in our chat services you will need to have the latest Skype software installed on your computer. Skype is an internet voice, text chat, and telephony technology company. If you do not currently use Skype you may download their FREE software here or go to http://www.skype.com/download/skype/windows/. It takes only a minute to download and it's very easy to use.
What's the difference between my username and my first and last name?
When you register with enetRecruiter, you will be asked to provide both a username and your full name (first and last name). Your username is a nick name or screen name you can make up. Your username is unique and will be used as a screen name to identify you on our website. Once established your username cannot be changed. You will need your username when logging in to our website. Your full name (first and last name) is obtained for our records keeping purposes thus is private and confidential, not disclosed to the public. Please be sure to keep all your enetRecruiter account information secure and in a place where you can always find it.
Example:
Username: swilson2005 (Username is case sensitive)
Full Name (First Last): Sandy Wilson
Password: XYZ92815 (Password is case sensitive)
Both the username and password must be between 6 to 12 characters in length. Any combination of numeric and alphanumeric characters are acceptable.
What if I forget my password?
Don't panic if you forget your password. Just click on the 'forgot password' link in the Member Sign in box and provide us your username and the email address you registered with this account. We will send an email containing your password to the email address on file. If you forget everything that may help us to identify you to your account then you will need to re-register for a new account or send an email to support@enetrecruiter.com . We will respond to you as soon as possible.
Can I change my password and username after login?
You may not change your username once your account is established. But you may change your password at anytime simply by going to your 'My Account' page after login. We recommend that you change your password frequently and keep it in a safe place.
I can't login with my correct username and password, what should I do?
Our system recognizes capital and lower case letters in your password. Make sure that you enter the password with appropriate capital and lowercase letters. Both your username and password are case sensitive and must have a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 12 characters in length. If it still does not work then try to obtain a new password by clicking on the 'forgot password?' link in the Sign in box to get a new password. Provide us your username and the email address you used to register for your account. Your username and email address must match what we have on file in order for us to send an email containing your password to the email address we have on file. If you forget everything that may help us to identify you to your account then you may either set up a new account or send an email to support@enetrecruiter.com . We will respond to you as soon as possible.
What is the maximum image or photo size I can upload?
Image file size must not exceed 50KB.
How can I make changes to my account profile?
To change your account profile information first login and then go to your 'My Account' page. You can edit or change anything in your account profile page except your username. Once you make a change in your account profile, the old information is replaced and cannot be recovered.
Can I share my resume profile with others who are not registered users of enetRecruiter?
No. You may only share your profile or resume with a registered member of our site. Non-members will not be able to view your files. Only you and recruiter members may view your posted resume or profile.
How do I provide feedback to enetRecruiter staff regarding what I like and don't like about the website or services?
We want to hear from you! Please send your email to feedback@enetrecruiter.com. We will read all feedbacks but may respond only to selective ones.
How can I report abuse or inappropriate behavior on the site?
We expect all members to conduct themselves in an ethical and professional manner at all times. Please report abuse or inappropriate behavior by sending emails to feedback@enetrecruiter.com. enetRecruiter will investigate each claim and will take appropriate actions when necessary to prevent a repeat of any behavior or action we feel inappropriate for our site. enetRecruiter will have the sole discretion to determine what constitutes inappropriate behavior and what actions will be taken to address each claim. enetRecruiter reserves the right to terminate or deny membership to anyone without reason. As members we ask that you be our eyes and ears and report any inappropriate behavior you encounter. Together we can make this site an enjoyable and productive destination for all.
Which browsers do you support?
Windows: Mozilla Firefox 1.0 and up, Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 and up Macintosh: Safari 2.0 and up. Our site is best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and Mozilla Firefox 2.0.
How do I terminate or cancel my membership?
You may cancel or terminate your membership simply by going to your 'My Account' page and select the 'Cancel Membership' option. As soon as your membership is canceled you will no longer have access to your account and all your account information such as resume files and job postings will be removed from our databases.
We value your business so if you are thinking about canceling your membership please let us know what we can do to help you continue your membership. Please send your emails to feedback@enetrecruiter.com.
How do I get a membership fee refund? This is for Advisor members only.
If you decide you no longer want to continue your membership, you can simply cancel your membership by going to your 'My Account' page and select the 'Cancel Membership' option. Once your account is cancelled we will stop any future billings to your credit card. If you have questions please send email to support@enetrecruiter.com.
For contingency assignments where the employer will pay a placement fee (or service fee) to enetRecruiter after each successful hire.
Placement Fee Due Net 30The placement fee is due to enetRecruiter within 30 days of the candidate's start date. Employers will pay directly to enetRecruiter.
Placement Guarantee PeriodOur guarantee period is 60 days of the hired candidate's start date. During the guarantee period, if the candidate is terminated for valid reasons, enetRecruiter will refund to the employer 100% of any placement fees collected (see our Terms of Use agreement for details).
Payment to RecruiterenetRecruiter will remit 80%* of the placement fees collected from contingency assignments to the recruiter after the guarantee period has passed (60 days of start date). For more details please contact a representative at contact@enetrecruiter.com.
*For contingency assignments, enetRecruiter will collect from the employer and remit payment to the recruiter. Please note enetRecruiter has no control over the timeliness of payment or the collection of full payment. enetRecruiter is not obligated to make any payment to the recruiter in advance of collecting from the employer (see our Terms of Use agreement for details and our payout rate is subject to change with notice.). All fee percentage is subject to change with notice.
